Continuing along with her worldwide promotional tour, Lily Allen performed in concert at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, Australia on Tuesday (June 9).

Asking fans “Can I get away with sunglasses on stage? Quick I’ve got 2 mins” just before taking the stage, the “Smile” songstress is currently making rounds for her second album, “It’s Not Me It’s You”.

Meanwhile, it’s good to see Miss Allen up and about - as she suffered a health scare in Tokyo over the weekend after hitting her head after falling.

Posting on her Twitter page, Lily wrote: “Lying in bed trying desperately to get some sleep, jetlag is no longer a joke. Fell over and hit my head last night, have an awful headache… I think I may be concussed.”
