For the fourth film in the franchise, Final Destination is going 3-D. Nick O’Bannon goes to have some fun at the race track one day only to have a terrifying vision of events that haven’t transpired yet involving multiple race cars crashing. The debris from the crash flies into the stands killing the people in the stands including him and his friends. When the vision ends, Nick convinces his girlfriend, Lori, and their friends, Hunt and Janet, to leave. Within seconds of their departure, Nick’s dreadful premonition emerges into a horrible actualization. As in previous Final Destination films, The Final Destination revolves around cheating death. Nick and Lori think they’ve cheated death once and for all, but Nick’s visions resume and the survivors of the crash are getting picked off gradually. Nick must think of a way to somehow cheat death once and for all before it’s too late.
The Final Destination is released everywhere in 3-D on August 28th.
