Fresh off of news that they tied the knot, it has been claimed that Penélope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem are expecting their first baby together.

According to Life & Style, who broke the wedding news which was later confirmed by reps, the Spanish sweethearts wanted to tie the knot before their bundle of joy arrives next year – although Penelope’s rep has denied the baby story.

As for the recent wedding vows, Miss Cruz and Mr Bardem are said to have said their “I Do’s” at a friend’s home in the Bahamas.

Liking to keep their private life just that, the ceremony was very small – as only the closest of family members were in attendance.
