With the reality stars gathering together, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were among the guests on hand for a big party at Voyeur Nightclub in West Hollywood on Thursday night (February 18).

Debuting her surgically remodeled look, the “new” Miss Montag sported a short gray dress with hot pink heels and matching clutch as her “Hills” hubby seemed to be in a rather peculiar mood.

Also in attendance at the LA hotspot were Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, as well as new couple Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera.

While Miss Patridge and her rocker beau left the club hand-in-hand, Khloe and Lamar opted to separate to thwart paparazzi couples shots.

Rounding out the guest list were Brody Jenner and pal Frankie Delgado, who seemed to have their hands full with a few lovely ladies by their sides.
